The output includes scored dimensions, scenario analysis, risk factors, and catalysts, produced through a debate-and-synthesis process.

Noema is a thinking tool. It helps you examine an investment idea from multiple angles. It does not make decisions for you.

• Redistribute or resell outputs without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying models or logic

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on Noema's outputs. The Service surfaces perspectives and synthesis — what you do with that information is entirely your decision. Noema is a tool, not a decision-maker.

You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account access. If you use passkey authentication, treat it accordingly. If you register an email address for account recovery, use one you control.
